This luxury hotel is located in Shibuya and is surrounded by endless options for dining, shopping and entertainment.
My Experience: I have stayed at this hotel twice and both times, it was fabulous. In my opinion, the 2 best things about Cerulean are the huge rooms (the biggest I have ever stayed in in fact) and its fantastic location (literally everything you could want is in walking distance). The Front Desk staff speaks excellent English and the Concierge even had a helpful English-language guide listing local restaurants and bars with walking and driving directions.
Pluses:
Great location – Close to Shibuya Station, shopping, food and entertainment
Free wifi
On-site convenience store
All-you-can-eat breakfast buffet with a huge variety of hot and cold options
Huge luxurious rooms with great views (many of Mt. Fuji) and large bathrooms with deep soaking tubs

Price
Breakfast is a bit pricey (3,500 Yen for buffet)
